1. Introduction

knx8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close your account if any eligibility criterion is found to be unmet, including after initial registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the knx8 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and a permanent ban. Duplicate accounts detected through IP analysis, device fingerprinting, or payment method matching will be closed without notice.

Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential and not sharing them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notifying knx8 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensuring all funds deposited into your account originate from sources that are lawfully yours and not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Completing any Know Your Customer (KYC) verification steps requested by knx8, which may include submission of a valid national ID, passport, or utility bill.

knx8 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

knx8 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals fast, convenient, and reliable. All monetary amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We are committed to processing all eligible withdrawal requests in a timely and transparent manner.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (source of funds rule).
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed; unverified accounts may have their withdrawal requests held.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement (রোলওভার) must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of the associated bonus funds is permitted.

knx8 does not accept deposits from third parties and will reject any transfer that cannot be attributed to the registered account holder. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform and are subject to change with notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

knx8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events like Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, and those individual offer terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only; abuse of bonus systems (e.g. registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus) will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly; they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (বাজি ধরার শর্ত) as specified in the offer terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless the offer states otherwise.
• knx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, technical error, or operational necessity so requires.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

knx8 is committed to providing a fair, honest, and transparent gaming environment. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the knx8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software interfaces, game presentation layers, marketing materials, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of knx8 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and recreational purposes as contemplated by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the knx8 platform without the prior written consent of knx8. Unauthorised use of any knx8 intellectualproperty may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, knx8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from interruption of service, technical failures, game errors, or any force majeure event beyond knx8's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data, unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality, or any actions taken by a third party using your credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made on the platform; all wagering is undertaken at the user's own risk and knx8 does not guarantee any particular outcome.

9. Responsible Gaming
